WARRANTY AND REFUNDS

At RACKSMITH, we stand behind our products with a 2-year warranty. If you receive a defective item, or one that differs from your order, you can request a refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, and a repackaging fee of 15% may apply if the items are not returned in their original package. For warranty-related issues, our team will inspect the item, and replacement parts may be provided at no charge, with delivery fees charged separately.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • ​Free pickup from our warehouse in Croydon South. Please schedule your pick-up by appointment, and we will arrange it at a time that works best for you.

  • Flat 49.99 AUD delivery fee to Metropolitan Melbourne, and additional postcodes within 30 km radius from Croydon South. Delivered between 2-3 business days.

  • Flat 79.99 AUD for expanded range within 100 km radius from Croydon South (check your postcode at the checkout).

  • For delivery outside of the serviced area, contact our team for a personalized quote.
